At Patta, we strive for complete satisfaction with every purchase; however, if you are not entirely happy with your order, you may return your items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are returned in their original, unworn condition with all brand tags and packaging intact.

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
